Last Thursday, July 17th, we celebrated the launch of our new, expanded office space at 2802 S McClellan St, Seattle, WA 98144, in the heart of South Seattle. Throughout the afternoon, we had the opportunity to connect with longtime partners, clients, and community members, many of whom offered thoughtful ideas on how this new space can best serve the community.

From intimate conversations to big-picture brainstorming, the energy in the room reflected exactly why this space matters. Your presence, insights, and enthusiasm helped make it more than just an opening—it felt like the start of something powerful.

We’re especially grateful to our community partners at La Union Studio, Mt. Baker Housing, 1st Security Bank of Washington, and the City of Seattle for showing up in support. And to our amazing clients—thank you for trusting us, building with us, and continuing to inspire our work.
