As the Business Operations and Technical Assistant Program Manager at the Rainier Valley Community Development Fund, Christine Buckley draws from her extensive experience in program leadership, strategic planning, and grant management to enhance community prosperity.
With a strong background in small business advising and a passion for supporting underserved populations, Christine has successfully led initiatives that promote access to capital and financial literacy. Previously serving as the Director of the Capital Readiness Program at Business Impact
NW, she managed significant grant funding and developed impactful training programs.
Christine’s commitment to fostering economic development is complemented by her bilingual abilities in Spanish and her educational background, including a Master’s in Public Administration from San Francisco State University. She is dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses through self-employment and community engagement.
