Capital Access Program (CAP)

RVCDF is proud to partner with the City of Seattle’s Office of Economic Development to make business lending more accessible.
Through the Capital Access Program (CAP), qualifying borrowers can have up to 20% of their RVCDF loan paid down, freeing up capital to reinvest and grow.

Washington SBDC

The Washington Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a statewide network offering no-cost, one-on-one advising to entrepreneurs and small business owners who are looking to start, grow, or transition their business.

Through a new partnership with RVCDF, SBDC now has an on-site advisor available to support local business owners. Meet Supo Techagumthorn, a Business Advisor with experience in technology, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. Supo helps clients navigate challenges, explore growth strategies, and connect with trusted resources to move their businesses forward.

SBDC services are by appointment only.
