Working Capital Line of Credit

For loans up to $50k and 12 month terms. Renewable for additional 12 months, then automatically termed.

Term Loans

For loans up to $1M with flexible Terms that can include an interest only component, converting to fully amortizing term.

Nonprofit Financing

For loans up to $1M similar to small business loan

Commercial Real Estate

Loan amounts can vary and must be secured by owner occupied commercial real estate.
